1. What carriers do you use?

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and package size.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, we do not ship to:

  • Countries under U.S. embargo (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Syria)
  • Countries with unreliable postal systems or high fraud risk (e.g., Venezuela, Afghanistan)
  • Countries with strict import restrictions on trading cards (e.g., Russia, China)

3. How long does order processing take?

Since this is a new shop and I run it by myself, outside of my regular full-time job, currently orders are processed twice per week, on Tuesday and Fridays. I will process orders on days outside of this typical schedule, if time permits and if business picks up, I will increase the time I spend processing orders.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. All shipments include tracking numbers, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

5. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time. All orders are shipped using standard services.

6. How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

7. How are your products packaged for shipping?

Trading card singles are packaged each card in a penny sleeve, top loader (2 penny sleeved cards per top loader) and team bag before being placed into a bubble mailer. If needed, cardboard pieces will be used to add additional protection.

Booster packs will be packaged inside a team bag, then sandwiched by cardboard pieces before being placed into a bubble mailer.

Booster boxes will be packaged with plenty of bubble wrap inside of an appropriately sized cardboard box.

I strive to package products the same way I would like to receive them as if I were purchasing them.

8. Do you guarantee the condition of your products?

None of the cards we sell are graded and any cards with scratches, knicks, creases, etc. will not be sold here. I do my best to inspect every card before adding them to my inventory but these cards are not likely to warrant a level 10 grading, so “Gem Mint” condition should not be expected.

99.9% of the singles I sell are from booster packs I’ve opened myself and all foil cards are immediately placed into a penny sleeve upon opening to protect them.

If you have concerns about the condition of a card you’ve purchased, please reach out to me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

9. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

10. What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • First, file a claim with the carrier.
  • Then, email us with your order number and claim details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
